As the Director of Research of this esteemed institute, my primary responsibility is to ensure that every faculty member actively engages in academic and research pursuits. By 2026, it is our goal that all faculty members are enrolled in PhD programs at universities in India or abroad, so that no non-PhD faculty remains in the institute. Additionally, each faculty member, whether PhD or non-PhD, must contribute to research by publishing at least two journal paper per year.

To enhance the institute’s research profile, faculty should secure at least one sponsored project from a funding agency and establish industry collaborations for consultancy work. Organizing at least one national or international workshop, conference or symposium annually is also essential to elevate the institute’s global reputation. Furthermore, faculty members should contribute to academia by authoring books, either individually or in collaboration.

Another key aspect is resource generation, where every faculty member plays a crucial role in strengthening the institute. By working collectively toward these objectives, we can establish ourselves as a leading institution and pave the way for our recognition at the national and international level.
